Penalty World Championship '18 - How to Play
Objective: Lead your chosen national team to victory in a thrilling penalty shootout competition. Score as many goals as possible to earn points and climb the global rankings.
Team Selection: Choose from 32 national teams, including Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Uruguay, Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Iran, France, Australia, Peru, Denmark, Argentina, Iceland, Croatia, Nigeria, Brazil, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Serbia, Germany, Mexico, Sweden, South Korea, Belgium, Panama, Tunisia, England, Poland, Senegal, Colombia, and Japan.
Gameplay:
- To Shoot: When the ball glows yellow, tap the screen to aim and score (6 shooting options available).
- To Defend: When the goalkeeper glows yellow, tap the screen at the right moment to block the opponent’s shot.
Achievements: Complete tasks to earn extra points through achievements like Hometown Hero, National Star, or Living Legend.
Tournament Structure:
- The game begins with a group stage where each match ends after both teams have taken five penalty shots.
- The top two teams from each group advance to the knockout phase.
- In knockout matches, if the score is tied after five attempts, the shootout continues in sudden-death format until one team scores an unmatched goal.
