DPS - Denpasar Prama Sewaka is a comprehensive mobile application developed as an upgraded version of the Pro Denpasar+ app. Embracing the concept of "For the Sake of Denpasar - Denpasar One," it integrates all existing mobile applications under the Denpasar City Government into a single, unified platform.
The app enhances public service delivery by introducing features that enable quicker response and resolution of community complaints submitted online. It also provides access to the Denpasar web portal, supports tourism through Denpasar Sightseeing or roaming features, facilitates online coordination among government units, and offers data center dashboards for better governance insights.
Developed and designed by Djingga Media (www.djinggamedia.com), the application is part of Denpasar’s ongoing effort to evolve into a Smart City, with plans for continuous updates to better serve the community’s needs.
