The Harvard Library Checkout app is designed for patrons who have a Harvard Library borrowing account. It allows you to conveniently check out items from Cabot Science, Tozzer, and Countway Libraries, as well as the Biblioteca Berenson.
Once you download the app to your phone, it will automatically detect your library location. To use it, log in with your Harvard ID number, which can be found on the front of your Harvard ID or Library borrower card. You can then use your phone’s camera to scan the barcodes of the items you wish to check out.
Please note: If you are checking out items from Tozzer Library, you will need to deactivate them at the deactivation station before leaving.
