1. User Registration: A one-time sign-up process is required to access the app’s features, ensuring a personalized experience for users.

2. User Dashboard: After logging in, users can access a dashboard to lodge complaints, track their status, and monitor updates in real time.

3. Appreciation for Accessibility: Users can acknowledge and appreciate facilities that are well-designed for Divyangjan (persons with disabilities), helping to highlight best practices.
