SUMUT Mobile is a user-friendly application offered by Bank Sumut, designed to enable seamless banking transactions anytime, anywhere, directly from your mobile device. The app ensures security through an access code and dynamic PIN for transaction authentication.

Key Features:

- The app collects information about installed applications on your smartphone to prevent electronic financial fraud, such as voice phishing and malicious apps. If any suspicious app is detected, SUMUT Mobile may impose usage restrictions.

- Required access permissions are necessary to use the app. Without granting these, service usage may be limited.

- SUMUT Mobile prioritizes customer privacy and does not collect personal information without separate consent. Any data collected is used solely for the intended purpose.

Transaction Capabilities:

With SUMUT Mobile, users can perform various transactions, including mobile reloads, bill payments, and transfers to other Bank Sumut accounts. The app also allows saving frequent transactions as favorites for quick access in the future.

Registration and User Types:

To use the app, registration is mandatory and can be done at any Bank Sumut branch. There are two types of users:

1. Non-Financial Registered Users can access: - Balance inquiries - Transaction history - Registration notifications for transactions

2. Financial Registered Users can perform all non-financial transactions as well as: - Internal and external fund transfers - Telkom and Halo billing payments - TV cable billing payments (Indovision, Transvision, Aora TV, Big TV, MNC Play) - Prepaid purchases for Simpati, AS, and XL - PDAM Tirtanadi, PDAM Tirtabulian, and PDAM Tirtauli billing payments - Other payments, including Indihome and BPJS Kesehatan

Connection Options:

The app supports multiple connection types, including Data Connection, USSD, and SMS. Users can switch between these options via the 'Connection Setting' menu.
