Simply launch the app and hold your transport card to the back of your NFC-enabled phone to get real-time updates. If your phone supports NFC, you can even create a virtual transport card with favorable tariffs. The virtual card is always accessible, can be topped up instantly, and ensures your balance is always accurate. Plus, you can issue multiple virtual cards—conditions vary by region.

Don’t have an NFC-compatible phone? No problem. You can check your balance using the barcode or card number. Topping up is easy too—use any bank card without commission, and even switch to a tariff that suits your travel needs better.

For top-ups made via Sberbank Online or the Siticard website, you can write the transaction to your card directly through the app—just sign in or register. Note that this feature is only available on phones with NXP certified NFC controllers.

Important: If your phone doesn’t fully support NFC transport services, you can complete the writing process for Nizhny Novgorod transport cards at balance terminals in the Nizhny Novgorod Metro or MFC. For all card types, top-up and prolongation operations can be written in transport validators the day after payment (note that tariff changes cannot be written this way).

Beyond balance and top-ups, Siticard provides detailed travel history. Review the date, time, type of transport, route number, and applicable tariff for every trip. The personal profile feature also keeps you informed about payments and the latest Siticard news.
