For those without an account, Publix allows guests to locate pharmacies, transfer prescriptions, and request refills effortlessly. New users can easily transfer existing prescriptions to a nearby Publix Pharmacy and set up their account in just a few steps—either by scanning a recently filled prescription label or manually entering the prescription number.

Once logged in, users gain access to enhanced features, such as automatic updates when a doctor calls in a new prescription. The app also sends helpful notifications and allows users to set reminders. With just a tap, users can view which prescriptions are ready for refill, in progress, or available for pickup. Prepayment options are available for added convenience, enabling a quick and seamless pickup experience.

Publix offers multiple pickup and delivery choices, including prepaid pickup, curbside pickup, delivery, and drive-thru services at select locations. The app also supports care for the whole family, allowing users to add minors under 13 and pets to their profile. Members can share their profiles with others to provide access to prescription details and order history.
