UBGAPURA Mobile is an integrated service information system application designed to provide convenient access to information and services for all users of the UB Information System through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. The app caters to students, lecturers, and educational staff, offering a range of functionalities tailored to each group.
For students, the app allows access to biodata, academic status, tuition fees, KRS (Course Registration), KHS (Semester Grade Report), class schedules, lecture attendance, and course materials.
Lecturers can use the app to view their biodata, teaching schedules, academic guidance details, remuneration information, attendance records, and material drafting, as well as mark the end of lecture attendance.
Education personnel can access their biodata, process remuneration, record attendance, and review detailed attendance history.
