With the EVN2GO app, finding and using EVN charging stations becomes a seamless experience. Whether you're a daily commuter or an occasional traveler, this app helps you locate the nearest charging point, manage your charging sessions, and keep track of your history—all from your smartphone.

How to Use the EVN2GO App

Start by downloading the EVN2GO application and registering an account. If you already have one, simply log in. Once your electric vehicle is connected to the charging station, open the app and select the station from the interactive map. Choose the specific charging port you're using, either by manual selection or by scanning its QR code. Hit "Start Charging," and you can monitor the progress in real-time on your screen. To end the session, reopen the app and select "End of Charging."

Pricing and Support

Please note that while EVN stations were free until January 31, 2021, current pricing may vary. Users are notified of any changes via email. If you encounter issues during charging, customer support is available Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, at 0700 1 7777. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] with details such as the date, time, station location, your email address, vehicle model, and a description of the problem.
