Kadastr RU is a mobile application that provides access to an online service displaying information from the Russian state real estate cadastre in both graphical and textual formats. The data is sourced from the Public Cadastral Map.
Please note that Kadastr RU is not an official application of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr). It was developed as a private initiative and generates property reports using publicly available information from official sources.
With Kadastr RU, users can easily obtain up-to-date reference information such as the full cadastral number, address, and area of a property. It also allows users to check the cadastral value of land plots, their category, and permitted use types. The information provided is current at the time of the request.
The app enables users to generate reports on selected land plots and buildings in just a few clicks. However, these reports are for informational purposes only and do not replace an official extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN). For official documents, users should visit the State Services website or their local Multifunctional Center (MFC).
Properties are displayed on an interactive map, which can be searched using the cadastral number, coordinates, address, or by simply selecting a location on the map, including the user’s current position. The map is publicly accessible and available for use by anyone.
Kadastr RU also provides access to Russia’s basic topographic map and satellite imagery. Users can measure distances and areas, as well as create custom reports.
The terms of use for the Kadastr RU application are outlined in the "License Agreement," which can be accessed via the "About the Program" section in the app’s menu.
