This is a Klingon language ({tlhIngan Hol}) Text-To-Speech (TTS) engine designed for use with {boQwI'} and other compatible applications. It works with web browsers that support text selection functionality—such as Chrome (note: Firefox is not supported). You can enable it through your device’s Text-To-Speech settings.
