How to Activate LuxTrust Mobile:

If you are an existing LuxTrust customer with a Token or Scanner, simply install the app and follow the setup instructions. New users can order a LuxTrust electronic identity via www.luxtrust.lu.

How to Use LuxTrust Mobile:

The app offers three primary modes of operation:

- App2App: Integrate with your banking app for automatic OTP exchange, requiring only confirmation or cancellation of operations.

- QR Code Scanning: Use your smartphone to scan QR codes displayed on websites when accessing via desktop or tablet, generating the necessary OTP for login.

- Push Notifications: Receive direct notifications from partner websites to approve or deny transactions, accessible under "Pending transactions."

Additional Features:

Users can activate the app on a second device, such as a tablet, and enable Touch ID or Face ID for convenient unlocking.
