Ooma Setup/Telo Setup App Overview

The Ooma Setup app, also known as Telo Setup, enables Ooma customers to quickly and easily manage their devices. With this app, users can:

- Activate a new Telo or Base Station

- Set up and activate a 4G Adapter

- Reconfigure an existing Telo device

- Check the status of their Telo

- Monitor the 4G Adapter’s signal strength

Please note: The Telo Setup app does not support making calls. For calling features, please download the Ooma Office or Ooma Residential apps.
