SNU BIZ Members: College of Business Mobile Address Book App
SNU BIZ Members is a dedicated mobile address book application designed for the College of Business community. It provides access to student, faculty, and staff contact information for users affiliated with MBA, CBA, and management research institute courses.
For faculty and staff, the app displays photos, affiliations, office locations, phone numbers, and email addresses. Students can view each other’s photos, company information, email addresses, and contact details. The app enables users to make calls, send texts or emails, and tag individuals directly. Contacts can also be saved to the device’s native address book. Group messaging, emailing, and tagging are supported as well.
Since the app handles sensitive personal information, security is a priority. Users must consent to the sharing of their information for it to appear in the directory. Additionally, if the app is uninstalled, all stored data is automatically erased for privacy protection.
After downloading the app and logging in with a Business School intranet account, users are greeted with a Favorites screen. The Favorites settings allow customization of frequently accessed contact groups. Users can also keep their information up to date via the My Information settings menu, including the ability to upload a personal photo.
