The Schlage Mobile Access app is designed specifically for multifamily, commercial, and institutional properties, offering a modern and secure way to manage access control. This application allows users to unlock doors using their mobile devices instead of traditional physical badges or keys. Compatible with Android phones running version 6.0 and above, the app provides a convenient and user-friendly experience.

For end users such as residents or employees, the process is straightforward. After your property manager or site administrator sets up your mobile credential for specific doors, simply download and open the app. You’ll see a list of doors within range—select the desired door, and if access is granted, an unlock signal is sent directly from your phone to the compatible Schlage lock or reader. Security is a top priority, with industry-validated asymmetric credential encryption ensuring peace of mind.

For property managers and administrators, Schlage Mobile Access credentials integrate seamlessly with the ENGAGE™ web and mobile apps. These credentials work with a range of Schlage hardware, including Schlage Control™ smart locks, MTB multi-technology readers, NDEB wireless cylindrical locks, and LEB wireless mortise locks. The ENGAGE™ web app allows for easy enrollment of users and assignment of access permissions. Credentials can be added or deleted instantly via sync with the ENGAGE™ mobile app or automatically overnight for Wi-Fi connected devices.

Please note: Residential homeowners should use the Schlage Home app to manage Schlage Encode™ or Schlage Sense™ smart locks, as Schlage Mobile Access is intended solely for commercial and multifamily applications.
