To get started, you must receive an invitation email from your union containing instructions to access your digital ID. If your union hasn't yet registered with the platform, they can reach out to get set up with an account.

Unions are increasingly adopting digital ID solutions to enhance member experience—making it easier to access benefits, verify membership, and stay connected. With the Union ID app, your digital union card is stored directly on your mobile device, allowing for quick and easy proof of membership when needed.

Additionally, users can opt in to receive messages, updates, and important information directly from their union through the app.
