Infoleg is an application designed to provide comprehensive information on the legislative activities of the House of Representatives. It offers details about Members of Parliament (MPs), bills, proposals, plenary sessions, committee meetings, and legislation. The content is organized into a user-friendly menu with the following sections:
Members:
• Deputies Search: Access information about current parliamentary deputies, including their contact details.
• Parliamentary Calendar: View the daily legislative schedule for parliamentary meetings (commissions and plenary sessions). It indicates meetings where a deputy is active or an alternate and shows agenda items where the deputy is the author, co-author, reporter, or has appended propositions. The search includes past and future agendas and allows users to download documents related to the deputy’s agenda.
• Leaders: Displays lists of deputy leaders and deputy leaders by block, party, government, and minority.
• Benches: Shows the number of deputies per block, party, government, and minority, along with communication time for leadership and permitted highlights.
Appointment Book:
• Agenda Sessions and Meetings: View the daily schedule of sessions and meetings held in the plenary and commissions, including event status. Users can search by day or access earlier and later dates. Detailed information for each session or meeting is available, including matters discussed, authors, reporters, processing details, and full proposal content. Live video monitoring of ongoing sessions and meetings is also provided.
Plenary:
• Sessions of the Plenary: Displays the daily agenda of the plenary, along with information on the number of parliamentarians present during sessions. Detailed data on plenary sessions from 2001 onward can be accessed.
Commissions:
• Meetings: Shows the schedule of daily meetings (plenary and committee), including completed and upcoming ones. Access presence panel data to identify members, alternate members, and non-members. Live video of each ongoing meeting is available.
• Plenary: Displays the day’s agenda for plenary commissions, including meeting type, status, presence, quorum, and totals. Access presence panel data to identify members, alternate members, and non-members.
• Composition: Shows the composition of each committee, listing the president, holders, and alternate members by default. Sorting options include alphabetical order by party and seniority.
Propositions:
• Propositions Search: Allows simplified search of propositions by type, number, and year. Provides complete records of propositions, including progress history, and allows viewing of associated documents.
Legislation (Standards):
• Key Standards: Lists main legislative standards in PDF and ePub formats, enabling access and download. Examples include the 1998 Federal Constitution, the Internal Regulations of the CD, and the Code of Ethics.
Notifications:
Through the Settings icon (top right), users can select plenary sessions and committees of interest. This enables automatic notifications about activities related to the selected options.
