RIA DigiDoc is a mobile application designed to facilitate secure digital document management using Estonian electronic identity tools. It enables users to digitally sign and verify documents, encrypt and decrypt files, and store or share them conveniently. The app supports multiple authentication methods, including Estonian ID-card, NFC, Mobile ID, and Smart ID.

- Digital signing of documents with support for .bdoc, .ddoc, and .asice file formats.
- Encryption and decryption of files (requires an Estonian ID-card and compatible reader).
- Verification of digital signatures to ensure document authenticity.
- Checking ID-card certificate validity and managing PIN/PUK codes.
- Access to personal eID data when the ID-card is connected via a reader.
The application is compatible with specific smart card readers, such as ACR38U, ACR39U, and SCR3500 models. It also requires a mobile device with USB On-The-Go (OTG) support. Some of the supported devices include Samsung Galaxy S7/S9, Google Pixel, Sony Xperia series, HTC One series, LG G6, Asus Zenfone, and Motorola Moto, among others.
