WRENCH SmartProject is a comprehensive engineering and construction project control and EDMS solution designed to support the digital transformation of project delivery. The WRENCH Mobile App enables seamless access to project information across various devices—including smartphones, tablets, and IoT-enabled tools—ensuring stakeholders stay connected and informed, no matter their location.

Tasks: View and manage project activities, update daily progress, and track scheduled tasks directly from your mobile device.

Documents: Access a wide range of project documents—such as engineering designs, procurement files, and invoices—along with their attachments and review comments.

Business Process Workflow: Visualize and manage document and task lifecycles through intuitive flowcharts. Ensure all required reviews and approvals are completed by routing items through predefined workflows.

Content Organization and Search: Navigate easily with folder-based document and task organization. Use powerful search tools to quickly locate specific items.

Project Communications: Create, receive, and respond to project correspondences, improving collaboration and ensuring timely communication.

Attendance and Timesheets: Mark attendance and manage timelogs on-the-go, supporting accurate time tracking for project teams.

Inspection and Commissioning: Document construction defects using markup tools, attach photos, and share with relevant personnel for corrective actions.

Note on Authentication: The app uses OAuth for secure login. To configure, update the Client ID and Tenant ID in the provided JSON file. The MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission is required for managing shared storage access.
