TransFollow Drive Classic has been succeeded by the enhanced TransFollow Drive application. While the classic version remains functional, users are encouraged to transition to the new app for an optimized experience.
The modern TransFollow App supports digital freight documentation, specifically the e-CMR, and is designed for use by consignors, carriers, and consignees. Key features include:

- Detailed insights into document contents
- Capability to download documents in PDF format
- Support for multiple languages: Dutch, English, French, Spanish, German, and Czech
- Functionality to add comments and attachments to documents
- Customizable notification settings
- Tools to create and submit freight documents directly to the TransFollow platform
- Multiple signature options, including QR code approval, sign-on-glass at pickup/delivery, and approval without a counterparty
- Advanced search and filtering by status
Additionally, the app incorporates a Returnable Transport Items (RTI) module, enabling the creation and exchange of digital waybills that include goods and RTI data. This facilitates structured registration and helps automate administrative processes for all supply chain participants.
To use the TransFollow App, a TransFollow account is required. New users can register via the app or by visiting https://portal.transfollow.com/tfportal.
TransFollow serves as the standard for digital waybills, enhancing management and control for shippers, carriers, and receivers throughout the logistics process. The platform allows integration with business software for seamless information exchange, digital signatures, and shipment tracking. It also digitalizes the proof of delivery (POD).
